1. Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logged on this website. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Bin Junaid Textiles Pvt Ltd.

2. Products and Quality

  • Fabric Representation: We strive to display the colors and textures of our textile products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be 100% accurate.

  • Quality Guarantee: We are responsible for the quality of our fabrics. If a product is found to be defective or of poor quality, it will be covered under our 30-Day Return Policy.

  • Usage: Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Current Payment Method: We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Customers are required to pay the full invoice amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Future Payments: We are in the process of integrating Visa and Mastercard payment gateways. Once active, digital payments will be processed securely.

  • Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust prices if a pricing error occurs on the website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary based on your location (typically 3–5 working days).

  • Bin Junaid Textiles is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen weather conditions.

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched.

  • Bin Junaid Textiles reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Bin Junaid Textiles Pvt Ltd owns the intellectual property rights for all material on binjunaid.pk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from binjunaid.pk for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material/images from binjunaid.pk.

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from binjunaid.pk.

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from binjunaid.pk for commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad.
