Refund and Returns Policy

At Bin Junaid Textiles Pvt Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our fabrics. We are responsible for the quality of every item we send out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from binjunaid.pk, our 30-day policy ensures a smooth resolution.

1. 30-Day Return Window

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, perfume scents, or alterations will not be accepted.

3. Quality Guarantee

We are responsible for our quality. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, fabric flaw, or printing error, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Size & Item Exchanges

If the item doesn’t fit or you wish to change the color/design:

We offer easy exchanges for different sizes or items of the same value.

5. Refunds (COD & Future Payments)

Once your return is inspected:

Cash on Delivery (COD): As we currently operate on COD, refunds will be sent via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
Visa/Mastercard (Upcoming): Once our digital payment gateway is active, card refunds will be credited back to the original card used.

6. Shipping for Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

For quality-related issues, we will cover the shipping.
For size/preference exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
